LIMITED WARRANTY FOR FIXED FRAME AWNINGS, CANOPIES, AND SHADE SAILS
1. Your new fixed frame fabric awning, canopy, or shade sail comes with a limited warranty from ACME Sunshades Enterprise, Inc.
2. This warranty covers the defects in workmanship and installation. It also covers labor and installation of a new or repaired cover if the fabric becoming unserviceable due to loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, rot, and atmospheric chemicals that are covered by the warranty from the fabric manufacturer.
3. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, negligence, vandalism, Acts of God, hail, lightning, hurricanes, tornadoes, high winds, flooding, fire, ice, snow loads, rain, or rain accumulation.
4. The warranty runs for one year from the date of original installation. The warranty is applicable to the original owner of the awning and is nontransferable.
5. In the event of a warranty claim, ACME Sunshades Enterprise, Inc. will correct defects in the awning frame, fabric, and installation workmanship at its cost. It does not cover any materials used in the repair that were not part of the original awning and installation.
LIMITED WARRANTY FOR RETRACTABLE AWNINGS, CANOPIES, SUNSHADES, AND SCREENERS
1. Your new retractable awning, canopy, sunshade, or screener comes with a limited warranty from ACME Sunshades Enterprise, Inc.
2. This warranty covers defects in installation if the retractable awnings or screeners become unserviceable because of ACME Sunshades Enterprise, Inc. installation workmanship.
3. This warranty does not cover retractable awnings and screeners frame defects that did not result from ACME Sunshades Enterprise, Inc. installation workmanship. In such case, the retractable awning and screeners frame will follow the manufacturer’s warranty. HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM AND OBTAIN SERVICE
